Refund Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds for items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
Non-refundable items include:
- Items marked as final sale
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
